තරුණ ක්‍රීඩකයෙක් හැටියට ඔබ ක්‍රීඩාවයි පව්ද්ගලික ජිවිතයේ වැඩ කටයුතු සමබරව කරගෙන යන්නේ කොහොමද?

practice වෙලාවට  ඒ  වැඩ  කරලා , අනිත්  වෙලාව  studies සහ අනිත්  වැඩ  වලට  කාලය වෙන්කරගෙන තියෙන්නේ. මට හොඳ සහයෝගයක් ලැබෙන නිසා දෙකම පටලවගන්නේ නැතුව කරගෙන යනවා.

ඔයාගේ ක්‍රීඩා වැඩවලට කව්ද උදව් කරන්නේ?

ගොඩක්  දුරට  උදව්  කරන්න  ගෙදරින් තමයි , අම්මා සහ තාත්තා තමයි  ගොඩක් උදව් කරන්නේ.

ගෙදරින් සහ පාසලෙන් ලැබෙන සහයෝගය මොනවගේද?
ගෙදරින්  තමයි  ගොඩක්  සහයෝගය  ලැබෙන්නේ , හැමදේටම  support එක  හම්බෙන්නේ ගෙදරින් , ඉස්කොලෙනුත්  හොඳ  සහයෝගයක්  ලැබුණා (Gateway College). දැන් නම් පාසල් යන්නේ නෑ.

Sports අමතරව මොනවද කරන්නේ?
මම  දැනට  LLB degree එක  කරනවා. මේ දවස් වල එකේ වැඩ තමයි  දිගටම කරන්නේ.

අනාගත බලාපොරොත්තු?

ක්‍රීඩාවෙන්  ඉස්සරහට  යන්න  තමයි  ගොඩක්  බලන්නේ . එකත්  එක්කම  studies කරන්න  ඕන.

ලංකාවේ ක්‍රීඩාව සහ ක්‍රීඩක, ක්‍රීඩිකාවෝ ගැන මොකද හිතන්නේ?

ඇත්තටම  ලංකාවේ  ගොඩක්  හොද   ක්‍රීඩක  ක්‍රීඩිකාවෝ  ඉන්නවා  එත්   කිසිම  support එකක්  නෑ ! ප්‍රසිද්දියක්  නෑ . cricket වලට සහ  දැන්  rugby වලට  වගේ  හැම ක්‍රීඩාවටම   ප්‍රසිද්දියක් තියෙනවනම්  හැම  ක්‍රීඩාවම  දියුණු  වෙයි.

ලංකාවේ ක්‍රීඩාව විතරක් කරලා ඉදිරියට යන්න පුලුවන්ද?

බොහොම අමාරුයි ගොඩක් කැපිලි විතරයි  තියෙන්නේ. කව්රුත් උදව් දෙන්නේ නෑ. ක්‍රීඩාව විතරක් කරලා බෑ, ඉගනගෙනත් තියෙන්න ඕනේ.. ලංකාවේ රැකියාවක් විදිහට ක්‍රීඩාව කරන්න අමාරුයි.

අපේ ක්‍රීඩා ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වෙනස් වෙන්න ඕනේ තැන් මොනවද?
වෙනස්  වෙන්න  නම්  ගොඩක්  දේවල්  තියෙනවා , මුලින්ම  මලල  ක්‍රීඩාවේ  පාලනය  වෙනස්  වෙන්න  ඕනේ  ඔක්කොම . ඒ  වගෙමේ  ක්‍රීඩා  කරපු , ක්‍රීඩාව  දන්නා  මිනිස්සුන්ව  මේ  තැන් වලට  ගන්න  ඕන , ඒ  වගේම  හොඳ  sponsor ship ක්‍රීඩකයන්ට  ලැබෙන්න  ඕන , එහෙම  නැතුව  ක්‍රීඩාව  දියුණු  කරන්න  බෑ.
