The President of the Incheon Asian Games, Dr. Yun-Taek Lee and Mr. Yong Suk Shin, OCA Vice President, along with three other delegates namely, Ms. Hyun Jung Lee – OCA Coordinator, Mr. Sang Bum Lee, Director, International Relations Department of IAGOC and Ms. Byung Jin Yu, Manager, International Relations Department visit Sri Lanka on an Official Visit in connection with the Incheon Asian Games 2014 - Korea
The Incheon Asian Games scheduled to be held Korea in September 19th to October 04th 2014. The 17th Asian Games will feature at least 38 sports, including all mandatory sports events such as track and field, aquatics, etc
A Press conference was held on 23rd March 2010 at the National Olympic Committee Auditorium, Colombo 07 under the presence of Mr. Hemasiri Fernando, President NOC.
The delegations informed their progress in organizing this event and will find ways to help Sri Lanka further to prospects of winning more medals in this grand sporting event held every four years.
